2. These terms and conditions are also available on the website in Russian and English, but the Armenian language version is considered original. In case of inconsistencies between languages, Armenian shall prevail. 3. The website does everything possible to ensure the truth of the information posted on the website, but is not responsible for incorrect and/or incomplete information that it receives from hotels, guesthouses, restaurants or other partners included in the website (hereinafter referred to as Service Providers).

5. We do not participate in the negotiations between you and the Service Provider. The service provider bears full responsibility for the tourist object.

6. To use the website and make reservations, you need to create an account on the website. When creating an account and making reservations, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (including payment and contact information).

7. The website ensures system security to the best of its ability, but you are responsible for the security of your account, including the confidentiality of your account login data.

8. When using the website, you undertake to comply with applicable laws and other legal acts; to cooperate with us for the correction of inaccuracies, security of the Site and/or other similar purposes and matters; Not use the Site to make false bookings; To use the tourist object and/or the Website exclusively for the intended purpose; not to cause harm to the Service Provider, not to cause inconvenience to its staff and behave appropriately with them.

9. When making a reservation, you agree to pay the cost of the Tourist Facility, including all taxes and fees that may apply.

10. In some cases, the Service Provider may require advance payment, in some cases, payment on the spot.

11. Payments on the website are made by attaching a bank card or using the "Idram" system.

12. If payment is made through the Site, we are responsible for arranging your payment properly to the extent that it depends on us. If you make the payment on the spot, the relations related to the payment are regulated between you and the Service Provider.

13. If the Service Provider requires an advance payment, it may be debited or frozen from your account at the time of booking and may be non-refundable. For this reason, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the Service Provider regarding advance payment before booking. We have no influence on these conditions and are not responsible for them.

14. If you become aware of or suspect any fraud or unauthorized activity related to your payment method, you should contact your financial institution providing payment services.

15. After receiving your consent, the Website stores your payment information for future transactions.

16. When making reservations, you accept the terms displayed during the reservation process. On the website you will find any Service Provider's cancellation policy and other terms and conditions related to the Service.

17. Payments or penalties in case of cancellation of the reservation depend on the Service Provider.

18. You are responsible for timely and proper payment, including the accuracy of your bank card details.

19. As the person making the reservation, you are responsible for the actions and behavior of all members of your group in the relations arising around the Tourist object. You are also responsible for the consent of the other members of your party to share their data with us when making the booking.

20. The Website, as well as the technologies, content, trademarks, appearance, etc. included in it, belong to the Website owner (and/or licensors). You agree to use the Site and the above for the intended purpose only.

21. You may not copy, scan, download, reproduce or otherwise use any material contained on the Website for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Website owner or its licensors.

22. The Site reserves the right to block any account that does not comply with the terms set forth in this section, does not follow the privacy policy, or engages in suspicious activity, such as, but not limited to, collecting pricing and other information through any device or software, sending unreasonable number of requests, performs some action
